This page covers only this marketing site (bundela.org) — not the Witness product itself, which runs inside a customer's own infrastructure under that customer's own policies and is out of scope here.
What this site collects
- Standard hosting/server logs (IP address, user agent, request timestamp) kept by the hosting and CDN infrastructure for security and reliability purposes.
- No cookies are set by this site.
- No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking scripts are loaded.
- The "Join the waitlist" form submits your email address (and, if you choose to give them, a name and company) to our own server, where it's stored in a database so we can follow up about adopting the product. It is not shared with any third party, not used for advertising, and not used for anything beyond that follow-up. Prefer not to submit it? The "write to us directly" link next to the form opens a plain
mailto:instead, which goes straight through your own email provider and never touches this site.
Third parties
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts at page-load time, which may log the request per Google's own policies. No other third-party resource is embedded on this page.
Your choices
If you've joined the waitlist and want your entry removed or exported, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we'll action it directly against the database — there's no self-serve deletion yet. If you've only emailed us directly (never used the form), that correspondence just lives in our inbox like any other email; contact us if you'd like it removed.
Changes to this policy
If this site starts collecting anything beyond the above (e.g. a real contact form, analytics), this page will be updated first and the "last updated" date above will change.
